For property managers
How a work order runs
The same six steps for every unit, so a coordinator can hand us the list and move on.
Work order in
Text it, email it or use the form. Give the address, the unit number, the unit size and the lines on the list.
Confirmed with a start date
We reply with a start date and the name of the crew lead. How fast we reply is part of your vendor terms.
Access
Tell us how the crew gets in: a lockbox, the office key or a lease agent on site. Access codes go by phone, never by form.
The crew works the list
The crew works each line in the vacant unit and tests it. Anything off the list stops for your answer.
Photo list by room
A photo of each new alarm, each tested outlet and each fixture, sorted by room and sent to your coordinator.
Invoice by work order number
One invoice for the work order, with the lines as on the work order.
What to send
What a work order needs
