Privacy policy

We collect what we need to plan and invoice a work order: your name, company, phone, email, the unit address and what you tell us about the work, plus any photos you choose to text us.

How we use it

• To reply with a start date and the name of the crew lead.
• To plan the visit and write the invoice for the work order number.
• To keep a record of the work at the address.

Who sees it

The crew assigned to the work order, the office, and the city when a permit is needed. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Photos

Photos you text go to our phone line, not to this website. We use them to plan the visit and delete them when the work order is closed, unless you ask us to keep them.
