About Wardlaw Electric
Alonzo Wardlaw started Wardlaw Electric to do one thing for Memphis landlords: finish the electrical list between tenants without a second trip.
Today it is 18 people: four crews of electricians and an office that books, tracks and invoices work orders. Wardlaw Electric is a Black-owned company, and it works only on rental units and for the people who manage them.
The crews work the list, test every line, and send a photo of each one. If something is off the list, they stop and ask.
