A work order, line by line
This is what a 2-bedroom turn looks like on paper: the lines you asked for, each itemized, matching the invoice.

- GFCI outlets: 4 replaced and tested
- Outlets and switches: 12 replaced, with new plates

How pricing works
How pricing works
What decides the price
The size of the unit sets the counts. After that, the price moves with three things.
How many alarms, outlets and fixtures the unit has
Whether the wire is in an open ceiling or behind a finished wall
Whether a box needs to be replaced to hold what goes on it
What each price includes, and what it doesn’t
Each price counts the parts we supply, the labor, the test and the photo list.
In: alarms, GFCI outlets, devices and plates
Not in: fixtures and fans, new circuits, wire behind a finished wall
What happens at the visit
The crew walks the unit with the list, works each line, tests it and sends the photos. There is no separate visit fee on a turn.
After hours
Turns are booked on weekdays and Saturday mornings. We do not run an after-hours line, so there is no after-hours price.
When you get the number
The price is the number for the list, written down before work. Anything off the list comes as a written price before it starts.
If the job changes
A change to the list is a new line on the same work order, and you say yes to it before it is worked.
Price your next turn
Send the unit size and the lines, and we send the work order back with the total.
